Training workshops are a specialty of resolveHR. Wendy’s interactive sessions provide valuable information and use tools to apply the learnings to the workplace. Workshops are never canned presentations — each session is specifically customized to your organization. Wendy meets with the client beforehand to ensure that the session aligns with the needs of the organization. Communications are continued with the client during the development phase if the client wishes. A follow-up meeting to answer any questions and discuss outcomes is also included to ensure client satisfaction and shared learning.
Sessions can be held at the client’s location or a meeting space can be arranged. Depending on the topic, participant needs and business requirements, sessions can be half-day, full-day or multiple days as a modular training series.
